Ingredients
- 4 lbs Northern pike, fillets
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 6 Green onions
- 1/2 Green pepper
- 1 Onion, large
- 5 Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 cup Flour (not mixed into the Bowl)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Cooking oil
Directions
- Mix ingredients well and shape into cake patties.
- Dip the cakes into flour, and fry in hot oil until brown.
