Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Northern pike, fillets
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 6 Green onions
  • 1/2 Green pepper
  • 1 Onion, large
  • 5 Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Flour (not mixed into the Bowl)
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cooking oil

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients well and shape into cake patties.
  2. Dip the cakes into flour, and fry in hot oil until brown.
