Ingredients
Catfish fillets (8 ounces each), 6
Feta cheese (crumbled), 4 ounces
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Mint (dried), 1 tablespoon
Greek seasoning to taste
Method
On both the sides of the fillet, sprinkle Greek seasoning, feta cheese, and dried mint.
Smear olive oil on each of the pieces. Roll the fillets and pin them with toothpicks.
Then, grill these fillets over medium heat for 20 minutes.
They are ready when the fish acquires a flaky texture upon trying to pierce it.
