Campfire Bacon Wrapped Walleye

  1. Catch walleye
  2. Season walleye to taste
  3. Cut walleye fillets lengthwise to be narrower than bacon.
  4. Put walleye on top of bacon slice and roll.
  5. Finished roll will resemble a pinwheel
  6. Hold together with toothpicks.
  7. Cook on a skillet over the campfire until both bacon and fish are cooked fully.
