White Wine Walleye

 

2 Walleye fillets

2 tbsp dry white wine

1 tbsp chopped fresh sage

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup finely chopped red onions

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

 

Take aluminum Foil and place the fillets in the center of the foil. Top each with the above listed ingredients (onion, wine, sage, garlic, salt and pepper). Seal foil around fish.

Place packets on grill over medium-high heat; cook about 6 to 8 minutes.
