One pound white bass.  Just use the white meat and remove the “mud line.”

8 0z softened cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo.
1/8 cup mustard
4 cloves garlic, chopped (or add/subtract to taste)

1 packet Splenda or other sweetner
1/4 c. salsa

Preheat oven to 350 degreeas.  Stir all ingredients and spread over fish in casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes
