Whitefish filets (cut into 4 inch slices with skin removed)

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste.

 

Once grill has gotten hot (white coals), coat whitefish filets with olive oil.  Salt and pepper to taste.

Place filet on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip.  Cook other side for the same time period.  Do not flip more than once, as the filet will fall apart.

Remove and serve.  Fresh grilled vegetables is an excellent side dish.
