Ingredients:
- About 4 Perch
- 1 tbs lemon pepper salt
- 1 tbs butter
- 4 lg potatos/cut into french fries
- 1 lb fresh cole slaw
Preparation Instructions:
Pre heat oven t0 400 degrees. Take Perch filet and brush with butter, add lemon pepper, and place in a baking pan. Cook perch for 5 min. Flip Cook for 5 more min. Serve with French fries and coleslaw for a perfect Friday Night Fish dinner.
